this dealership, so that's all there is to say about that....but the
service department is why we keep coming back. JAY, TRAVIS and the rest
of the service department are top notch. whenever we had a problem they
took care of what ever it might be. Recently, our battery died on our
new car. With a phone call, they came and picked up the vehicle and
fixed the problem, then delivered the car back to our home while we were
at work! So the car was ready when we came home. There are more

afternoons to assist consumers with understanding all the new "toys" on
their vehicle so they can easily, safely drive their new vehicle
utilizing all it has to offer.

Henne this past week while we attempted to find the "perfect car" for

excellent customer service on every aspect and it made the job of

Ridings Taylorville: We wanted to write and tell you what a Fantastic
sales consultant you have in Garrett Ulmer. Right from our first email
inquiring about the 2010 Sport Trac we viewed on the internet, Garret
has been very prompt returning our emails and calls. When we first
arrived to look at the truck, Garrett had it ready for us, indoors out
of the heat so we could get a good look at it. He even had the air
conditioning on so we could feel it working on this very hot day. When
we inquired about daytime running lights (needed in Canada) he checked
right away with service and immediately we had our answer and they were
activated. When we arrived to pick up the Sport Trac two weeks later,
Garrett had it sitting out front waiting for us - washed, gassed up and
ready for its journey home. He helped us get the appropriate paper work
needed to bring the truck across the border (Customs) without any delays
and to our home in London, Ontario, Canada. It was because of Garrett's
amazing service that we made the trip twice (1936 km/1200 miles each
